Acute Liver Injury in a Patient Treated With Rosuvastatin: A Rare Adverse Effect

There is a portal and lobular mixed inflammatory infiltrate comprised of neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells and scattered eosinophils. There is interface activity present and bile duct damage.
